How long do anti-wrinkle treatments last?
Anti-wrinkle treatments last up to 3 months, sometimes longer depending on the person's metabolism. Botulinum Toxin treatments for sweating last up to 6 months.
What is the down time for dermal filler treatments?
The great thing about filler treatments in comparison to more invasive cosmetic procedures is the minimal down time. There may be some immediate redness or bleeding which usually resolves within an hour. Bruising is common but not usually extensive and can be easily covered with make-up from 24 hours post-treatment. Swelling is usually mild and can take 2 weeks to go down fully.
What is your cancellation policy?
We have a 48 hour cancellation policy. We take a deposit at the time of booking which will be returned to you or credited to your account if you cancel outside of this timeframe.
How long do dermal fillers last?
Filler treatments usually last 6-12 months, this varies depending on the client and the type of product used.
Are your treatments painful?
We do our best to make our treatments as comfortable as possible. There may be slight discomfort with anti-wrinkle injections.
Prior to injecting dermal fillers we apply local anaesthetic cream to numb the area. Our dermal fillers also contain lidocaine which makes the procedure more comfortable.
How long does it take for my treatment to work?
For botulinum toxin treatments, it takes a few days to start working and full effects can be seen at 2 weeks.
Dermal filler effects can be seen immediately, however it will take around 2 weeks for the swelling to fully resolve, the filler to stabilise and the full effects to be visible.
